A Kingston barber is running for Councilor of Loyalist-Cataraqui District.
A Kingston barber is running for Councilor of Loyalist-Cataraqui District. Patrick Vecchio is hoping to win the seat left vacant by Rob Matheson. Vecchio operates a barbershop on Princess Street and his family operated the Gameskeeper for several years. He's also been an elementary and a high school teacher.
